管理栄養士をめざす学生に必要な医学的知識を理解度を把握しながら、出来るだけわかりやすく講義をしていく。「抗がん薬による栄養障害」「抗がん薬の臨床薬理」「栄養補助食品と高尿酸血症」「悪性疾患と栄養障害」等をテーマとした研究を行っている。
